Jesus The Key To A Better Mind, Soul, And Body
This journey that we start on has a ton of valleys and experiences that are either fulfilling or unfulfilling.
There are days when we aren’t at our best and can’t see the right opportunity to be happy but that’s when we just need to change the channel.

Tune out the noise and work on getting into the “right radio station” per se or frequency that’s going to help us become aligned with our path.
The one thing we can rely on is Jesus Christ
Now that may be hard you say?
Questions in your mind may go like this;
How can we believe if we’ve never seen him? How can I have faith when I can’t see past my problems?
In Luke 18 verses 35–43, it talks about the blind man sitting on the side of the road and Jesus healing him.

It goes like this;
35. As he approached Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the road begging.
36. Hearing a crowd passing by, he inquired what was happening.
37. “Jesus of Nazareth is passing by,” they told him.
38. So he called out, “Jesus, Son Of David, have mercy on me!”.
39. Then those in front told him to keep quiet, but he kept crying out all the more, “Son Of David, have mercy on me!”
40. Jesus stopped and commanded that he be brought to him. When he came closer he asked him.
41. “What do you want me to do for you?”
“Lord”, He said. “I Want To See.”
42. Recieve your sight, Jesus told him. “Your faith has saved you.”
43. Instantly he could see and he began to follow him, glorifying God. All the people when they saw it gave praise to God.
When it comes to faith, God gives us endurance to continue in strength by the holy spirit to keep our heads up and running this race we are on as Christians.
Hebrews 11:1–4 mentions ;
- Now in faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen.
- For by this, our ancestors were approved.
- By faith we understand that universe was created by the word of God, so that is seen was made from things that are not visible.
- By faith Able offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith, he was approved as a righteous man because God approved his gifts, and even though he is dead, he still speaks through faith
Also verse 8 speaks of another example
8. By Abraham, when we he was called, obeyed and set out for a place that he was going to receive as an inheritance. He went out, even though he did not know where he was going.
Referring back to verse 7, it says:
7. By Faith Noah, after he was warned about what was not yet seen and motivated by Godly Fear, Built an Ark to deliver his family. By Faith he condemned the world and became that comes by Faith.
In 9 it says;
9. By Faith he stayed as a foreigner in the land of promise, living in tents as did Isaac and Jacob, coheirs of the same promise.
10. For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose architect and Builder is God.
In our lives, we can carry out our faith by setting aside our pride
Hebrews 6:1–12 says;
Therefore, let us leave the elementary teaching about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, faith in God,
2. teaching about ritual washings, laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
3. And we will do this if God permits.
4. For it is impossible to renew to repentance those who were once enlightened, who tasted the heavenly gift, who shared in the Holy Spirit,
5. who tasted God’s good word and the powers of the coming age,
6. and who have fallen away. This is because, to their own harm, they are re crucifying the Son of God and holding him up to contempt.
7. For the ground that drinks the rain that often falls on it and that produces vegetation useful to those for whom it is cultivated receives a blessing from God.
8 But if it produces thorns and thistles, it is worthless and about to be cursed, and at the end will be burned.
9. Even though we are speaking this way, dearly loved friends, in your case we are confident of things that are better and that pertain to salvation.
10, For God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you demonstrated for his name by serving the saints — — by continuing to serve them.
11. Now we desire each of you to demonstrate the same diligence for the full assurance of your hope until the end,
12. so that you won't become lazy but will be imitators of those who inherit the promises through faith and perseverance.
This shows us how faith and getting through can have an impact on our lives.
Even though we can’t see him, Jesus is still there, walking with us along the way. We can see him in our lives, by the way others show up for us in a way that has to be God. Our Lord has his mysterious ways and uses many opportunities from our past and even present to reveal what we need to envision.
As long as we stay with him and focused on being a servant , the Lord will continue to find us where we are.
Matthew 6:33 says
33. But Seek first the kingdom and all his righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you. 34. Therefore don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
